Postdoc

There are also a series of postdoctoral fellowship available. There are no departmental specific pages available, but in general the process is similar to what is listed in this page. If you are interested in applying through my group, just drop me a line before you contact the department.

PhD Student

There is currently a PhD scholarship available working in advancing the practical realisation of quantum technologies (including quantum error correction and mitigation). It is open to both home and overseas students (full award – full tuition fees plus stipend). Details are in here. The application deadline is 02 Dec 2025.

We are always looking for students passionate about advancing quantum technologies to join us. There is no need to email Cai before applying if you have found the information you need online. Of course, if you still have additional questions, do feel free to get in touch.
